Sim Aromas was born out of a love of perfume, and the experience to make a better product that was on the market. After 8 years building and exiting a cosmetics business, I started Sim Aromas in a small unit, as a side hobby.
My day job is a Director of a cosmetics manufacturing business. A 20,000 sq ft building, where we produce thousands of skin care, personal care, hair care and fragrance products every day. Over the last year, that's took up most of my time, but my CEO has been kind enough to let me bring Sim Aromas into our site, with access to storage, machinery and our own lab, which means orders are fulfilled the same day, but also gives me the opportunity to spend some time in the lab working on some new products.
Over the next 12 months, we want to look at new fragrances, but also other products like body washes, home fragrance and more.
