Our dupe perfumes
No, they are inspired by perfumes well known brands and fragrances, using the same high quality ingredients but not exactly the same as the originals. Nor are they replicas or copies of the originals.
Dupe or inspired by perfumes are made to smell similar to the originals, but with subtle differences. They use the same style ingredients as designer, but are not the same thing. Not to be confused with replicas or copies.
Not quite, although we match the fragrances as near as we can, designer perfumes never release their secrets, even batch to batch can be different. But we use technology and experience to create scents very similar to them.
All our perfumes are Eau de Parfum, which generally last 6-8 hours, sometimes longer. We also use the same ingredients a designer brand would to get the same effect.
As with all perfumes, not just ours, they contain oils, so not always, please do be careful when spraying on clothes as they could stain. Spraying on your clothes is at your own risk. If possible, do a test spray on an old item of clothing or unused fabric.
Yes, absolutely, and they all made in the UK so we have full traceability
100%. We can't speak for every perfume dupe company, but all ours hold cosmetics product safety reports (CPSR's) which are legally required to sell cosmetics product in the UK market. We also follow all UK and EU cosmetics regulations and IFRA standards, having been in this industry a long time we understand the importance of safety with products applied to the skin. Store them in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight, and away from any hot elements or flammable sources.
We recommend no more than 5 or 6 sprays of Eau de Parfum as they are strong, and try to spread them out across different areas such as wrist, neck and body. Obviously this is up to you, if you want a more intense scent, spray more, for something more subtle, spray less.
Orders, Shipping & Exchanges

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of placing it, subject to stock. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, and any orders placed over the weekend (including any Bank Holidays) will be sent the week after. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped during busy periods such as sale events and the Christmas period.
You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days from shipping. For Highlands, The Islands and Northern Ireland, please allow an extra working day.

If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please email customer support with photo evidence to info@simaromas.com. Do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations. All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt
Please check the tracking information for details as to where your parcel has been left. Most couriers operate no contact deliveries now, so if you are not at home they will leave your parcel with a neighbour or in your safe place. Please check this before contacting us. Our couriers will complete a detailed investigation for disputed claims and if delivery is found to be non compliant we will resend your order. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
We aim for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we accept returns within 30 days. While we understand you may test a spray or two, we cannot accept returns for bottles used beyond this or outside our 30-day return window; such items will be returned to you. Please note that returns are not accepted for 5ml sample bottles. Please note that products bought as part of a bundle set must be returned as a set for a refund otherwise we can only offer an exchange.

No, our discount codes or promotional codes cannot be stacked, therefore you are unable to use codes on pre-discounted bundles or packs. If we have multiple discounts or promotions running, your cart will automatically select the one with the best offer.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. We aim to respond to any email enquiries within 24 hours.
No, we do not have a store front, we're an online business only.
